Parking Lot at Ferryway School
Malden Public Schools Families,
This important announcement is for the families of students who are attending the Ferryway School summer programs. The work on the parking lot will begin this week and this means the lot is off limits to car and foot traffic. This work will begin on Thursday, June 27 and continue through Tuesday, July 9. We will have a designated drop off area for children to be left off to enter the school. In addition there will be crossing guards for entry and dismissal as well as a police officer on site each day that work is being done. We apologize for this inconvenience, however this work is important to boost the overall safety of our schools. Thank you.

Beebe School Principal Candidates “Meet and Greet” – May 20th, 2019
Dear Beebe School Families,
We are pleased to announce that the interview committee has moved three final candidates forward in consideration for the Beebe Principal vacancy.
On Monday, May 20th, the three finalists for the position of Principal of the Beebe School will be available for a community “Meet and Greet” which is open to the public at the Beebe School library at the following times:
• 6:00-6:30 PM – Zachary Best – currently an Assistant Principal at Butler Middle School in Lowell
• 6:30-7:00 PM – Kariann Murphy – currently an Assistant Principal in a grade 3-5 school in Winthrop
• 7:00-7:30 PM – Shereen Escovitz – currently a House Principal at Malden High School
Attendees of these meetings will be able to leave feedback that will be taken into consideration when making the final decision.
