A mentor log needs to be completed and turned in bi-monthly using Google Classroom.
This log is for accounting purposes and will include information such as date, hours, topics, and a brief description of your work. The mentor log should be very brief, but must accurately document your work. All logs will be submitted to the Business Office in May for payment of your stipend in June.

This log is a summary of your work for two-months and will include a section to record successes and next steps. Most importantly, it is a tool for mentor and mentee to reflect on your work and to connect that work directly to educator evaluation.
