Having worked for the past thirty years in Malden as a teacher, assistant (house) principal, and principal at all three levels:  elementary, middle, and high school demonstrates my loyalty, dedication, and belief in Malden Public Schools. In addition, my experience has allowed me to work with all stakeholders including students, families, staff, central office, directors, principals, school committee, outside partners, and our community.  As the new Interim Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, it is my commitment to maintain and sustain a positive, effective, safe, student-centered, standards-based learning environment for all students and employees of Malden Public Schools by providing and encouraging a positive team atmosphere through collaboration, mutual respect, and educational excellence.
